The Upstream Institute®
is a two-year training program, which follows a repeating 12 month cycle:
- Client Companies
subscribe to their calculated number of training "Blocks ",
each Block being the equivalent of 150 training-days (or classroom-days)
per 12 month period.
- Representatives
of Client Companies participate in The Upstream Institute "Advisory
Board" for their local Client Club in a cooperative process to
design the first 12-month training program.
- Classes begin approximately
one-month after the first Advisory Board meeting.
- The Advisory Board
will meet every six months after the program begins to review program
and course feedback, discuss the future program and make necessary adjustments.
